As Agile Analyst I observe and analyze processes, question them, try to optimize and get away from traditional ways of working. Detect raising problems, promote to try out new things and learn from it. Adaption is about being open to change, including everyone being affected by the change and getting them involved along the way. I am always trying to find out how experienced the client projects really are and how I can support them to get where they should rather be. I even wrote my Master thesis about Change Management. As a Scrum Master I am open minded and always there for my team. They can reach out to me whenever they need my support or someone to talk to. I believe being a people person is one of the most important skills of a Scrum Master. You should be there for each team member, serving their individual needs, helping them raise and be there when they reach out seeking for help.
