We (Comsysto Reply GmbH, Munich, Germany) offer our trainings and workshops under this rules:

Changes to event program

Program changes are expressly reserved, provided that the overall character of the event is preserved. The same applies to changes in training staff, insignificant changes in the course of the event or a reasonable relocation of the event location. We will inform the customer of this as soon as possible.

Organizer cancels event

We, Comsysto Reply GmbH, reserve the right to cancel or postpone events - for example in the event of force majeure, insufficient number of participants (at least two weeks before the start), failure of the lecturer or for other reasons for which we are not responsible. This also applies to events for which the customer has already received a confirmation or invoice. We will inform the customer of this as soon as possible. We strive to offer replacement dates. If this is not possible or is not requested by the customer, the customer will immediately be refunded any event fees already paid. Further claims are excluded by us (our employees or other vicarious agents) except in cases of willful or grossly negligent behavior.

Cancel event by customer

The customer can cancel the event free of charge up to eight weeks before the start of the event. In the period from eight weeks to four weeks before the start of the event, cancellation is only possible upon payment of a fee of 10% of the event fee. In the period from four weeks to two weeks before the start of the event, cancellation is only possible upon payment of a fee of 25% of the event fee. In the period from two weeks to one day before the event, cancellation is only possible upon payment of a fee of 50% of the event fee. The cancellation must be made in text form. From the beginning of the event, cancellation is no longer possible.

Rebook group events

A one-time rebooking by the customer to another date is possible (appointment must then be agreed by both sides (Provider and customer)). Rebookings are free of charge up to four weeks before the start of the event. From two weeks before the start, we charge a rebooking fee of 25% of the event fee.
