You're probably all familiar with it: important messages that still need to be answered, meeting after meeting, your smartphone always by your side and 13 unread Slack channels waiting for you - in our everyday working lives, there are constantly situations that can trigger digital stress. Digital media have changed our everyday working lives. They bring many advantages, but also new challenges and burdens.In this workshop, we will look at what digital stress actually is and how it differs from "normal" stress. You will be given strategies for self-determined media use so that you will soon be able to deal with digital media the way it should be: healthy, efficient and productive.
